“For this I chose Islam, to feel at ease in its spaciousness and shades... Yes, I embraced Islam to feel and realize that I have embraced a religion that does not separate between the body and the soul, or between the self and the body. It is sufficient for me that Islam is a pure religion
that calls for having and demonstrating good ethics; it calls for the dignity of man and for upholding such dignity. It is for that reason that I testified that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. And with that I shall meet my Lord. “
